Job descriptionKnowledge of ACRONIS is a plus; Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019), Linux (Red hat, CentOS) and VmWare ESX (6.5 and newer); Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, JIRA; Basic understanding of Network Concept; Knowledge of NAS (Synology, QNAP); Basic understanding of RUN, CHANGE; Capacity to work in a multicultural environment.

Activities :
- Maintenance in Operational Condition level 2;
- Manage the Lifecycle of Changes / Incidents / Problems;
- Analyze and deliver resolution of incidents;
- Perform the deployment of the new versions in the client's sites around the world;
- Create the necessary documentation (tickets / change requests / etc.) for upgrade campaigns;
- Schedule of the global upgrade campaign regarding the security and local requirements and limitations;
- Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams : application team. monitoring team, infrastructure team and local teams in the plants.
