Job description

TasksTasks

You will provide training administration (create training items, classes and reports within the learning management system)
You will check training occupancy and take action if necessary
You will provide training with relevant information such as participant lists
You will handle the administration process of new joiners in SuccessFactors
You will handle communication with training providers
You will support with Emails
You will be supporting our IT consultants in their professional development
You will be supporting the development and implementation of training programs focusing on IT and AI skill
You will be supporting projects and workshops on various specialist topics
You will handle the Project management for training programs on IT trend topics (communication with agencies, support in concept development)
You will handle the development and technical implementation of professional learning journeys

QualificationsQualifications

Fluency in German and English

Technical affinity for SAP systems

Experienced with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Structured, proactive, and self-directed working style

Passion for implementing continuing education programs

Passion for employee development and innovative learning initiatives

Nice-to-haves :

Basic understanding of HR Processes and training administration / SAP Systems, SAP SuccessFactors

Things to know before departure :

Start : by arrangement - always on the 1st and th of the month

Working hours : full-time (h); vacation days

Employment contract : Unlimited

Line of work : Consulting

Language skills : German (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1)

Flexibility & willingness to travel

Other : a valid work permit
