Would you like to use your English skills to support one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands? As an English-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be part of our team in Romania, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms;
- Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
- Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
- Accurately updating customer records and databases;
- Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
- Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.
What we’re looking for :
Strong English language skills (B2 level upwards);Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9 : 00–18 : 00)Flexibility to work on a rotating 24 / 7 shift schedule after training;Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.What we offer :
