Job Responsibilities
At this position you shall be responsible for :
- Operational excellence : communicating to stakeholders and making sure monitoring is set up and enhanced over time.
- Solution Lifecycle including synchronization to other solutions, dependent services, technology and platforms.
- Solution technical landscape (environments, deployment strategy .
- Ensuring compliance with IT delivery processes, corporate standards, solution guidelines and information security policies.
- Optimizing the overall efficiency in the running solution with focus on cost consciousness and simplicity.
- Securing Service Continuity Management for your solutions (disaster recovery etc).
- Securing that needed documentation is maintained.
- Roadmap : helping define a Solution Roadmap for improvements and innovations.
