Job description

What you will do

LI-DNI Become our customers’ trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their systems and needs. You’ll support our customers with Oracle DBA, Exadata, Oracle Secure Backup and more

  • Provide production operation support for Oracle Database Environments
  • Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems
  • Analyze product problems to find resolutions
  • Resolve new and complex issues, research technical inquiries, and handle user problems
  • Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments
  • Provide 24 / 7 support, working on a 365x7x24 shift pattern.
