Principalele responsabilitati :
Elaborarea si actualizarea planurilor de productie pe termen scurt, mediu si lung, in functie de forecast, comenzi si proiecte in derulare
Monitorizarea zilnica a incarcarilor pe masinile CNC
Planificarea resurselor umane din cadrul departamentelor de asamblare mecanica, electrica, testare si ajustarea planului in functie de capacitatea reala
Urmarirea livrarii componentelor critice si gestionarea riscurilor generate de intarzieri in aprovizionare
Crearea si mentinerea fiselor de planificare pentru fiecare proiect, cu pasi clari si responsabili desemnati, timpi și termene limită.
Participarea activa la sedintele zilnice de productie pentru actualizarea statusului si identificarea blocajelor
Intocmirea de rapoarte de performanta privind respectarea planului
Colaborarea stransa cu Managerul de Productie si cu departamentele de achizitii si logistica
Sustinerea proceselor de imbunatatire continua prin analiza datelor istorice si identificarea zonelor de pierdere (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
Cerinte :
Studii superioare in inginerie, productie sau domenii similare
Experienta de minim 5 ani in planificarea productiei
Constituie avantaj : experienta in medii de productie orientate pe proiect si
integrare tehnologica (automatizari, echipamente speciale, robotică)
Cunostinte de Excel, ERP si instrumente de planificare
Abilitati analitice si organizatorice
Capacitate de adaptare si gestionare a mai multor proiecte simultan
