What you can look forward to

• You will be responsible for handling knowledge as a resource within the department - from analysis and implementation to controlling suitable initiatives
• You create an appropriate working culture and optimize it through targeted measures - content creation, training, workshops and events are part of your everyday work
• You create the necessary organizational framework for an effective exchange of knowledge between the interdisciplinary service teams
• The further development of our internal knowledge platform for specialist knowledge, methods, processes or empirical values is in your hands
• You critically analyze existing processes and implement targeted improvements
