Who we are :

The Infrastructure and Platforms Unit Lead will lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure solutions for external clients in a dynamic outsourcing environment. The role involves overseeing infrastructure service delivery, ensuring high-quality technical solutions, and aligning services with client expectations and business objectives. A key focus will be managing client relationships, leading solution design during the bidding process, and ensuring optimal service performance. This position demands strong technical expertise, exceptional management skills, and the ability to lead complex solutioning and infrastructure services for multiple clients.

What you’ll be doing :

• Lead infrastructure strategy development tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to identify infrastructure requirements, propose solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure engineers and specialists, promoting a culture of innovation and service excellence.
• Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions for multiple clients, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Provide technical leadership in infrastructure solutioning, particularly during the bidding and pre-sales processes, ensuring proposed solutions meet client needs and align with budget constraints.
• Ensure that all infrastructure solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the technical aspects of the bidding process, working with the demand team to design competitive and cost-effective proposals.
• Evaluate client requirements and develop customized infrastructure solutions during the RFI / RFP process.
• Engage with external vendors and partners to ensure service offerings are aligned with client demands and industry standards.
• Ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of infrastructure services across client environments, maintaining high service levels and addressing performance issues proactively.
• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations, ensuring that SLAs are consistently met or exceeded across all client engagements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and innovation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on infrastructure performance to clients, providing transparency and regular updates on service status.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure budgets for each client engagement, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
