System Center Operations Manager

What you can expect

Your focus : The operation and expansion of the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) infrastructure, including the monitoring of specific applications and the development of customized dashboards and alerts.

Your task : Coordination of activities in the service lifecycle process and responsibility for process activities related to Windows Server and Microsoft SCOM.

Your challenge : The implementation and monitoring of IT specifications as well as active participation in planning and IT management processes in a dynamic IT environment.

You shape : Providing technical advice and project work by formulating specifications for the design and modification of IT services, with a particular focus on data quality and performance optimization.

You contribute to : Ensuring the dimensioning of required resources and creating the technical and organizational prerequisites for the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

You support : The operating model by conducting cost-benefit analyses to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.

Your contribution to quality assurance : By developing and implementing monitoring strategies and alerts that ensure proactive monitoring of system performance and availability.

As part of projects : Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of the SCOM infrastructure and the integration of new technologies to meet the changing needs of the bank.

What you bring with you

You have a university degree (Bachelor) in IT and telecommunications or banking as well as several years of relevant professional experience that you can bring to this position.

Your experience in setting up and operating Windows infrastructures in an enterprise environment, especially in the areas of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Windows Server Lifecycle Management, is of great importance. Knowledge of performance analysis, high availability and disaster recovery is also desirable.

Advanced knowledge of PowerShell is desirable as well as basic knowledge of IT strategy, process design and ITIL v4.

You are characterized by a strong ability to persuade and conflict management skills. You also have strong analytical skills, networked and strategic thinking, decision-making skills, organizational skills and communication skills.

You communicate confidently in German, our business language, both verbally and in writing. A good command of English complements your profile.
