How you’ll make an impact : We are seeking a talented, driven Senior Technical Program Manager (independent contractor role) to help our Adswizz Engineering organization. Duration of the contract : 12 months. A Senior Technical Project Manager (Sr. TPM) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects. They are responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion, while ensuring they meet all technical requirements, stay within budget and are delivered on time. What you’ll do :

• Possesses a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the project, including the technologies, tools, and methodologies involved.
• Can effectively communicate with and collaborate with technical teams, understanding their needs and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration with other systems.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring the project remains on track and within timeline. Develops and maintains detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and deliverables. Tracks project progress and identifies any potential roadblocks or deviations from the plan. Communicates effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns. Facilitate regular communication and knowledge sharing between teams. Identifies and analyzes problems effectively, developing and implementing solutions that align with project goals. Makes sound decisions based on data and analysis, considering all relevant factors and potential consequences. Adapts to changing circumstances and adjusts plans and strategies as needed. Fosters a collaborative environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute. Facilitates communication between technical and non-technical teams, bridging the gap between different perspectives. Proactively address and resolve any conflicts or communication breakdowns between teams. Implement effective project management tools and techniques to improve team visibility and alignment. Leverage data and analytics from project management tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Automate routine tasks and processes using project management tools to free up team members for higher-value work. Continuously evaluate and improve the use of project management tools to maximize their impact. What you’ll need to do the job : 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in the ad tech industry. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time and within budget. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with audio ad trafficking technologies and platforms is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with Digital Advertising technologies will be a huge plus.
