4PL Operational Excellence Coordinator – Brasov, Romania
Are you enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn? Come and join our team 4PL Team in Brasov. As part of the Operations Department in a multinational company, you will ensure optimal execution of carrier and / or freight forwarder contracts by organising the best means of transporting goods using all modes of rail, road and sea. You will experience a variety of languages and cultures, it’s up to you where your ‘road’ takes you in our company.
You will be responsible for :
- Managing the whole 4PL booking and documentation process according to the Service Requirements of the 4PL Customer
- Ensuring that our technology platform is used to create / maintain highly efficient processes
- Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packaging specifications, and compliance with overseas countries’ regulations and fiscal regimes
- Liaising with third parties in accordance with customer requirements
- Effective management of daily tasks, client updates and milestones
- Creating a culture of excellence in the way you provide customer service
- Report and communicate any issues to the Operations Manager / Director as they arise.
