knusprStefanestii de Jos, ROIf you're looking for fast-paced environment and you are passionate about delivering high quality IT-support, our job is for you. Our IT Support Specialist is responsible for creation, maintenance and control of devices which are crucial for company operations or which support them, in our warehouse.
What will be your key responsibilities :
Full support of warehouse hardware functionality for the duration of your “shift”;
Solve most problems if possible, discuss solutions with a senior colleague / escalate the remaining ones;
Securing functionality of deployed devices;
Immediate resolution of any IT issue;
Report of potential issues to online Rohlík system;
Computer installation;
Network infrastructure monitoring.
What experience should you have :
You already have 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support;
General IT knowledge;
Solid knowledge of computer basics; basic orientation in BIOS, knowledge of general terminology;
Advanced knowledge of Windows (and ideally also Linux shell, Android + ads etc.), scripting basics;
Basic knowledge of networks; Enterprise, WIFI, WLAN, addressing, AP in cluster with “controller”, function of each device, so on;
Fluency in English and Romanian is a must.
