We are looking for a Solution Architect Collaboration for our Regional IT Center Timisoara.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in the areas of SharePoint, Power Platform, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware) that facilitates cross-functional collaboration and contribute to interdisciplinary working groups;
  • Create, maintain internal / Architecture documentation such as user guides, governance models, and automation flows;
  • Contribute to external publications and professional presentations on M365 Products with focus on SharePoint, Power Platform and Project Management Tools;
  • Asses ,support training needs and deliver engaging internal and international sessions on Microsoft 365 products and Project management tools;
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring tech trends and proposing strategic initiatives to enhance IT and business efficiency;
  • Propose infrastructure and development architectures for SharePoint, Power Platform, and project management tools in architecture committees;
  • Support the selection and evaluation of service providers, collaborating with procurement to define technical requirements and selection criteria.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree with preferable 5 years of technical and consulting experience;
  • Strong knowledge about M365 services with focus on SharePoint, Power Platform;
  • Know-how about Project Management Tolls (e.g. Microsoft Project);
  • Experience with IT Service Management Tools and processes;
  • English language, German language is an advantage;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, high analytic and innovation skills, business orientated thought and action and strategic thinking, customer orientation, process oriented thinking, organizational and project management skills.
