Job Overview :

Seeking a seasoned Workday Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of Back Office systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Workday capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Define architecture and blueprint for Workday-integrated Back Office solutions

Lead system integration with Workday, ensuring secure and efficient data flow

Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to architectural best practices

Manage project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment

Identify and mitigate implementation risks

Support change management to ensure smooth adoption

Required Skills & Experience :

Hands-on experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and integration

Strong background in enterprise architecture and integration patterns

Proficiency in Java, API Gateway, GCP

Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
