As a Customer Support Engineer – EMS Platform, you will :
- Provide functional and technical support for utility GRID applications such as SCADA, OMS, DMS, EMS, and DERM.
- Customize software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements in the electric utility domain.
- Participate in the configuration and implementation of energy management and distribution systems.
- Support modeling and integration efforts, including Common Information Model (CIM) and other model exchange standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and solution design for grid applications.
What You Bring to the Table :
5+ years of experience in the electric utility industry or in supporting GRID software solutions.Solid functional knowledge of utility applications including SCADA, OMS, DMS, EMS, and DERM.Hands-on experience in electrical data modeling and application configuration.Familiarity with industry-standard data models, including CIM.Working knowledge of SDLC principles and Agile / Lean methodologies.Strong SQL / PLSQL database skills and software development proficiency.Experience with CI / CD practices, product scalability, and secure coding standards.You should possess the ability to :
