You will assist in customizing SugarCRM to meet client requirements, learn from experienced developers, and gradually take on more complex tasks as you gain experience.
Impact you will make in the role :
- Assist in developing and maintaining customizations for SugarCRM (modules, logic hooks, workflows).
- Support senior developers by implementing small features, bug fixes, and configuration tasks.
- Help test and debug existing functionality to ensure quality and performance.
- Follow coding standards, guidelines, and best practices as defined by the team.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to improve technical skills.
- Write basic technical documentation as needed for developed features.
- Learn and grow through mentorship, training, and hands-on project work.
