Structural Analyst

Ready to take your structural analysis expertise to the next level? We're growing our team and looking for a skilled Structural Analyst to join us!

The position is located at Comatec Process and Automation , which is part of the Comatec Group . Our expertise includes design and consulting services for equipment, process and technology suppliers, as well as for production and energy plants.

In this role, you will work as part of our structural analysis team. Depending on your education and background, your area of responsibility will include pressure equipment structural analysis, piping stress analysis or steel structure strength analysis . We are looking for a professional with several years of experience in structural analysis .

To succeed in this role, you need a bold attitude and the ability to tackle a wide range of challenges. We value initiative and a genuine desire to grow into a top expert in the field. You will work in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, so strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Due to the international nature of our projects, excellent English skills are required . Your main office will be in Brașov , with the possibility for partial remote work.

We hope you bring :

• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude , ability to get things done, and a passion for professional development
• Experience with calculation software is considered an advantage (e.g., RFEM, Ansys, STAAD Pro, Caesar II, Finsap , or similar)
• Familiarity with PED / EN or ASME pressure equipment standards is seen as a plus
• Excellent command of English
