Inviting applications for the role of Director- People Advisory Services

We are seeking a strategic Director to lead our Change Management service offering within People Advisory Services. This role will drive the growth of our change practice while delivering high-impact transformation programs for clients. The ideal candidate will bring extensive change leadership experience across diverse industries and transformation types, with the ability to build client relationships at executive levels and develop innovative change approaches that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Advisory & Client Leadership

Provide advisory and execution on complex change management challenges across major transformation initiatives

Develop enterprise change strategies that enable organizations to successfully navigate workforce, technology, and operational transformations

Lead high-profile change programs, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives

Design innovative approaches to accelerate adoption and maximize return on transformation investments

Build and maintain executive relationships that generate sustained client engagement

Practice Development & Innovation

Shape our change management methodology and approach to differentiate our services in the market

Develop specialized change offerings for digital transformation including Gen AI, operating model shifts, and organizational restructuring

Lead the integration of advanced analytics and digital enablers into change management solutions

Create intellectual property and thought leadership that enhances our market position

Drive innovation in measuring change effectiveness and demonstrating business impact

Business Development & Growth

Lead pursuit teams for major change management opportunities and proposals

Develop compelling change management value propositions for target sectors and clients

Build relationships with key stakeholders to expand opportunities within strategic accounts

Identify and capitalize on market trends to create new service offerings

Achieve revenue and growth targets for the change management practice

People & Team Leadership

Build high-performing teams of change management professionals at various levels

Provide mentorship and create development opportunities for change management practitioners

Foster collaboration across complementary service lines within People Advisory Services

Drive talent strategy to ensure appropriate skills and capabilities for evolving client needs

Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional client service and professional excellence

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Experience

Years of consulting experience with significant focus on organizational change management

Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs with complex change components

Experience developing and growing a change management practice or service line

History of successful client relationship management at executive levels

Strong business development background with demonstrated ability to win work

Skills & Attributes

Deep expertise in change management methodologies and their application to various transformation types

Executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities

Strategic thinking with ability to connect change initiatives to broader business outcomes

Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow service offerings and market share

Team leadership abilities with focus on developing talent and building high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Education & Certifications

Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, Organizational Psychology, etc.)

Change management certifications (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
