The Opportunity

The Ethos Reliability team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work with our group.

We deploy Adobe-wide software and infrastructure technology, promoting containerization, clusterization, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD). We build tools, processes, and workflows that connect and empower thousands of internal development teams.

You will work closely with other specialists to craft, develop, release, and support a container-based platform that powers the next generation of Adobe’s services. The components you develop will directly support thousands of independent services, handling millions of requests per minute. Ethos operates at a massive scale, everything must be crafted with performance, security, and stability in mind.

What you'll do?

• Work directly with an experienced team of engineers to learn about our systems and make meaningful contributions
• Write high-quality server-side code for scalable, secure, and performant applications
• Develop infrastructure-level components that power Adobe’s compute environments
• Use and contribute to numerous open-source tools and projects like Kubernetes and Docker
• Operate in large-scale, cloud-based environments like AWS and Azure
• Solve production and systems issues
• Work as part of a fast-paced, agile process with the freedom to work independently
