Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO + RE-FX Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Real Estate (RE-FX), and related modules. This role requires deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-vendor environments. The SAP FICO + RE-FX Expert will be pivotal in analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable backlog items, and designing innovative solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert in SAP FI and RE-FX modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank Accounting (BA). Provide expert guidance and solutions in these areas.

Business Analysis : Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed backlog items for agile teams. Develop and present business cases based on quantitative and qualitative data to drive business results and enhance stakeholder effectiveness.

Process Management : Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial business processes and how they align with FMCG industry standards. Suggest improvements and innovations to optimize financial operations.

Agile and Release Management : Utilize Agile methodology to manage release cycles and ensure smooth implementation of solutions in a complex, multi-vendor environment. Oversee the complete project cycle for at least four full FI project implementations.

Communication : Exhibit exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Design : Provide creative and effective solutions to business problems. Design and implement innovative strategies to address financial challenges and improve overall effectiveness.

Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose solutions that align with strategic goals. Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications :

Experience : 6-8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO and RE-FX, with a proven track record in financial accounting and real estate management.

Technical Skills : Expertise in SAP FI modules (GL, AA, AR, AP, BA) and RE-FX. Strong understanding of financial business processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to design and implement solutions.

Project Experience : Participation in at least four full FI project cycle implementations, demonstrating practical experience in managing and executing SAP projects.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to inform business decisions and design effective solutions.

Communication : Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Process Management : Experience with process management within FMCG environments and a good grasp of industry-specific financial processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

CO Expertise : Knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO) module is an advantage.

Retail Experience : Prior experience working in a retail environment is beneficial.

Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in project management and release cycles.
