Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer (Azure) - Senior

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer (Azure) to join our team!

We need a self-motivated, energetic individual that is a technology advocate and specialist on DevOps. As a Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer you will support cloud resource management and migration efforts. This role includes writing infrastructure as code, guiding teams through Azure subscription migrations, contributing to technical guidance documentation and implementing minor improvements to our Azure Kubernetes deployment processes

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT :

• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud solutions, including exit strategies;
• Managing and monitoring cloud infrastructures for optimal performance and cost-efficiency, automating deployments with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and ARM templates;
• Ensuring data protection and compliance, and collaborating with development teams to integrate cloud services;
• Conducting disaster recovery planning and implementing backup strategies;
• Optimising resource utilisation, keeping up to date with Azure updates, and providing technical support;
• Developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating legacy system migrations, and managing security and access controls;
• Implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated data protection practices;
• Supporting cloud adoption, ensuring performance standards, and participating in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation for technical escalations.
