Your Role :

Turn no into yes : When a customer declines our offer, you’ll step in — calling them to understand their hesitation, address objections, and win them back;

Own the customer journey : Guide the customer through the process and successfully schedule a final evaluation at one of our 60 branches in Spain;

Drive Sales by converting interest into action;

Maintain trust and make the difference that turns leads into loyal customers. As the first point of contact you will ensure that our client's needs are consistently exceeded.

Your Skills :

Language Proficiency : Fluent written and spoken Spanish; Intermediate English skills.

Communication Excellence : Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

Adaptability : Thrive in repetitive environments with a methodical approach.

Experience : Background in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls

Will be considered a plus : a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
