Who we are

Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, streamline financial processes, and maintain robust consolidation practices to support the overall financial health and transparency of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• In depth knowledge of overall IFRS reporting and consolidation principles, including intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Should be familiar with the reporting guidelines of EMEA countries and their detail level of financial reporting.
• Prior experience in IFRS financial reporting and consolidation processes is preferred, including complex intercompany eliminations and multi-currency consolidation.
• Prior experience in non-financial sustainability reporting working with one of the following : GRI, Integrated Reporting, CSRD, EU Taxonomy etc. would be nice to have.
• Responsible for reviewing the financial reports received from the various companies and its subsidiaries at individual and consolidation level.
• Submit the queries and review comments to the companies and get the financials corrected according to the reporting guidelines and policies.
• Providing necessary documentation, explanations and support to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance with both internal and external audit requirements.
• Assist in defining and refining company procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively and diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels, articulating positions clearly and persuasively.
• Initiative to improve the consolidation tool and process, to increase data quality and automate the analysis, while considering top management needs, as well as local entities constraints.
