Job Description

Main objective of the job :

Offers support to the Manager and team members to handle administrative topics

Main attributions and responsibilities :

Offers support to the Manager and team members to handle administrative topics;

Support local onboarding and integration for the new team members;

Provide support by updating work agendas, establishing meetings, setting up conference calls,

Travel Management;

Charging projects in ESM system for internal projects;

Organizing team meetings, visitors, protocols;

Other ad hoc requests;

Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;

Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies :

High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills :

Language : English and German;

Ongoing University;

Enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative, with the will to succeed;

Analytical skills, sense for accuracy, strong Microsoft Excel skills is a must;

Preciseness and punctuality;

Proactivity and prioritization;

Act as a problem solver;

Good communication and cooperation skills;

Flexible and able to work under pressure;

Willingness to learn;

Team player and ability to work in a flexible way.
