Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate daily activities and task follow-ups across the Cyber security team
- Maintain and update service trackers, delivery checklists, and documentation
- Support in preparing weekly summaries, progress updates, and internal reports
- Monitor and manage service delivery timelines and flag delays or bottlenecks for review
- Assist with scheduling and organizing team meetings, reviews, and check-ins
- Track recurring tasks, decisions, and priorities across security workstreams
- Support the implementation of small process changes or workflow updates
- Assist with documentation requests and evidence collection for audits or reporting
- Collaborate with Operations Managers, Service Delivery Managers and internal teams to align task priorities
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with the security leadership team to ensure accurate and timely supportAssist with internal reporting that feeds into client governance or performance overviewsCommunicate across departments (e.g., GRC, Engineering, SOC) to collect updates or inputParticipate in internal meetings and help summarize key actions and takeawaysQualifications
Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of experience in service coordination, delivery support, or team operations (experience in IT or security environments is a plus)Basic understanding of service delivery or operations workflowsComfortable working with shared tools (e.g., Excel, Confluence, Jira, ticketing systems)Ability to manage time and competing priorities in a structured wayKey Competencies
