We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Management team at Marsh McLennan (MMC). This role will be based in Cluj, Romania.
This is a great opportunity to be part of and continue to evolve the Business Management function, sitting across the Darwin Business, with connections throughout Mercer. This team adds significant value and insight to the Darwin business, supporting executive key strategic decision making.
We will count on you to :
Reporting into the Head of Business Management, within the Darwin Business Management function, the Business Management Analyst works across the Darwin Business focussing on core Business Management activities, an influential and impactful role with a remit to include :
Quarterly Risk Oversight & Co-ordination support;
Governance support including, change control of Darwin Service Schedule and support for deal exceptions;
Support a suite of data points to report KPIs / OKRs along with other data insights & reporting, including Darwin FTE monthly data;
Support co-ordination of exec / forum / ad-hoc papers;
With the nature of the role, you will collaborate across the Business Management team supporting other activities as required.
What you need to have :
At least two years of experience in a similar position.
Clear and structure logic and approach to data management, consolidation and reporting.
Excellent business partnering skills across a complex organisational structure.
Strong communication skills in both English and Romanian to include written, verbal and presentational.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Proficient in Excel (including formula, pivot tables and such) and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage (and develop) robust governance processes.
Understanding of Darwin business to support Risk Co-ordination.
