Job location : Hospitality and Food Industry – ROMANIA Job title : Cleaning Staff COR code : 911201 Hierarchical relationships : Direct subordination to the hierarchical superior / Team leader / Administrator Job level : Execution Work Duties : Work Duties :

  • To respect order and discipline at the workplace;
  • To respect the work schedule and fulfill the duties listed in this job description;
  • To use working time efficiently to accomplish job responsibilities;
  • To comply with hygiene standards, labor safety rules, and environmental protection norms;
  • To wear work equipment and an identification badge during working hours;
  • To clean and maintain indoor areas daily : offices, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, accommodation rooms, etc.;
  • To clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces (handles, tables, switches, etc.);
  • To collect, remove, and properly dispose of household waste according to current regulations;
  • To restock cleaning supplies and hygiene products (toilet paper, soap, disinfectant);
  • To clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces;
  • To carry out general, periodic cleaning (monthly / quarterly);
  • To immediately report to the superior any malfunctions or supply shortages in workspaces;
  • To participate in outdoor cleaning activities : sweeping, snow removal (in the cold season), maintaining walkways and access routes;
  • To follow internal procedures regarding cleaning and sanitation;
  • To handle cleaning equipment and products responsibly;
  • To maintain in good condition the cleaning tools and materials provided;
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor, according to the training and scope of the position;
  • To comply with the internal regulations and code of conduct;
  • To maintain the confidentiality of professional information;
  • To report to work in full working capacity and notify the supervisor on the first day of illness;
  • To maintain personal hygiene in accordance with job-specific standards;
  • To attend scheduled medical check-ups;
  • It is forbidden to leave the workplace without the supervisor’s permission;
  • It is forbidden to use company resources for personal purposes.
