Ability to work with Fast Formulas and Security if required. Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Performance Management.
Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Implementation Expert - Implementation of Probation Document and Year End Performance Document - Senior Technical Application Specialist
You must be onsite 3 days per week with 2 days remote.
EU nationals living in the EU only
The tasks / activities will include :
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand performance management (TO BE processes such as Probation Performance Form, Year End Annual Review, Performance Calibration) and translate them into HCM system.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Performance Management module and (potentially)Talent Review module, including performance templates, review cycles, etc.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
