Descrierea postuluiFunctions as per QMS (quality management system) procedures Performs Quality Control processes in accordance with set guidelines Ensures quality targets laid out are met for the processes owned BA / BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience ITIL certification (or similar) is required Minimum 3 years as Coordinator of events, project tasks or team Strong technical background in the Telecommunication / IT industry Potentially have niche experience in RAN area Leadership competences & team player mindset Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, any other language is an advantage Experience in an international environment and understanding of different cultures Growth Opportunities Support for learning and career advancement. Key Accountabilities :
Delivery Excellence :
- Arrange change requests, approvals, book resources, maintain the implementation plan
- Use of Remedy, CRQ production and management, Implementation Plan production
- Co-ordination of events, project tasks and appropriate escalation
- Diligent update of RAID register (project risks, actions, issues and decisions)
- Contribute to project definition workshops, post implementation reviews, etc.
- Efficient use of resources
- Responsible for the project delivery
- Ensure to maintain a good quality project delivery
- Manage challenging timescales
