Zumtobel Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to work within our sales office in Bucharest, Romania.

In this post you will be responsible for :

• Process all customer requests with excellent quality and high speed, maintain best in class service levels
• Liaise between customers, external sales and the internal organization regarding orders, technical claims and complaint handling delivering feedback professionally
• Ensure all enquiries regarding product availability, prices, discounts and distribution matters are dealt with efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in CRM
• Invoice management and if required after sales services such as return processing
