Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR Advisor – Polish Speaker located in Flex Timisoara , offering the possibility of working remotely.
Reporting to the HRBP Support Team Leader, in this role you will collaborate with both colleagues and third parties, and perform your work in a dynamic people oriented team.
What a typical day looks like :
- You will process the assigned tasks, related to HR processes, adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, meeting the Service Level Agreement;
- You will perform actions in HR systems (Data entry);
- You will provide help-desk support and counseling for all employees, and work closely with the managerial team;
- You will perform reporting activities, as well as HR general support;
- You will provide quality and timely delivery of process outputs and aim to achieve internal customer satisfaction; improve the performance benchmarks and work towards process improvements.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team :
Basic experience in the HR field – nice to have;Possess excellent Polish and English skills - as a mandatory prerequisite;Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – very good level);Ability to learn and adapt to new changes in the process;Sense of urgency and client service oriented;Interpersonal skills, initiative and flexibility;Successfully work within a team and believe in the concept of “teamwork”;Proactive and details oriented personality;Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus;Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / Equivalent Post-Graduate in HR – will be considered a strong plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide :
