Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensure the delivery of country synergy target and build the methodology to be followed
  • Analyze, monitor and report to the leadership the evolution of the countries’ deliverables and adherence to global processes & compliance
  • Build strong relationships with the stakeholders from all countries covered to ensure buy-in and understanding of processes and procedures for the procurement function as well supervise the deliverables action plan
  • Be the interface between the Ayvens countries and Central Procurement team, enabling the spend centralization and steering
  • Define and implement global governance structure; identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization and automation within the procurement function
  • Provide regular and ad hoc data analysis, reports and statistics (global spend, suppliers, synergies, KPIs, compliance reports) while overseeing the Indirect analytics team to provide data accuracy and efficiency expected
  • Provide senior leadership overview on the achievements and global action plan on deliverables, through recurrent global reviews
  • Project manage effectively : stakeholder management, governance, issues resolution, risk management, change control and compliance, board reviews, project charter, action plan etc
  • Develop strategic ways to enable the synergy delivery and surpass any potential roadblocks
  • Extract the essence of the global transformation milestones and get the necessary support to secure the collaboration and communication between countries / entities
  • This role may require travel

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Master degree in either Business Administration / Economics / Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
  • Professional qualification in procurement or FP&A would be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of procurement / project management experience
  • Experience in process implementation
  • Fluent in English language
