Descrierea postuluiUnderstand prioritization of tasks and how choices will activate assets online. Ensure assets are correctly tagged with language metadata (e.g., "none" for assets / images without text). Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools or metadata tagging. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in asset metadata. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with image formats and requirements (PSD, PNG, JPEG). Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex QA scenarios. Office Location : Bucharest
Work location : Bucharest, for employees based in Bucharest 2 days / week at the office
Collaboration Type : Individual Labor Contract / B2B
Duration : 12 months, prolongation available
Salary : 5000 - 6000 ron net
Working schedule : 9-18, Monday-Friday

Tasks
- Review and validate assets in Adobe Workfront based on product characteristics that will be launched in the future, ensuring they meet the documented required standards and metadata accuracy.
- Approve assets in PSD or PNG format with transparent backgrounds; reject JPEGs and non-transparent PNGs.
- Revalidate approved assets based on updated guidelines in a very dynamic Product Line with over 10000 products.
- Collaborate with project owners to mark tasks as completed once QA is passed.
Utilize reports and trackers to prioritize and manage QA tasks.
Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to missing or incorrect metadata for assets.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience in a QA role within a marketing or digital asset management environment.
Knowledge of asset Metadata processes.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and tracking.
