The Position

As a Senior Medical Representative Diabetes, you will be responsible for effective, ethical promotion of Novo Nordisk and its products according to the company’s internal procedures and legal regulation to reach the sales targets for the area and the whole company.

Your main accountabilities will be :

• Achieve territory sales and market share objectives and analyse sales results and “visit call rate” in the area
• Develop Territory Business Plan and implement it in the area according to the promotional strategy through specific activities addressed to the target group
• Fulfilled marketing communication objectives (product positioning, awareness, patient profile, etc)
• Act and recognized as a valuable partner of the doctors, providing them with continuous medical information update
• Participate in congresses, meetings, domestic and international exhibitions concerning Novo Nordisk activities and products.

Qualifications

As a Senior Medical Representative Diabates, you need to have a medical degree, dentist degree, or Master of Pharmacy. In addition, you need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in medical sales. Moreover, to be effective in this role you need to have experience with promotion launch in RX or OTC products.
