We are looking for a Systems Administrator to administer and provide user support for the applications that are integral to the efficient operation of the business, whilst continually identifying opportunities to improve business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

This is a varied role within a dynamic and collaborative team, and you’d gain exposure to a wide variety of applications and have opportunities to engage in project work.

We really value in-person collaboration, so we're looking for you to spend at least 60% of your time on-site.

How You’ll Shape Our Success

What You’ll Do :

  • Administer and continually improve the business’ central applications such as Google Workspace, the Atlassian suite, ZenDesk and more.
  • Provide support for users across central business applications including incident response, incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Work with the wider business to continually improve and test business continuity & disaster recovery planning & processes, and support a variety of internal IT projects
  • Support our security program with the maintenance of security related activities including investigations and best practices.
  • Maintain precise inventory records of user devices, cloud assets, configurations, access rights, and associated costs.
  • Maintain the security posture of end user devices including vulnerability management, including deployment and management of security tools to end user devices
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues related to AV and IT equipment and setup for monitors, displays, and related peripherals across the company's office locations.
  • Apply a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure (networking fundamentals, operating systems) and AV systems to effectively troubleshoot integrated systems
  • Ad hoc travel to our offices across the UK and Netherlands

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong experience configuring and managing Google Workspace to Google best practices
  • Demonstrable knowledge of deploying and managing an Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) platform
  • Deep technical knowledge across a variety of SaaS services
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Location :

    This role would be hybrid based (c. 40% at home, c.60% on-site). Your primary work location would be our Iasi office.There may be opportunities to travel to our international office locations in the Netherlands (Utrecht) and United Kingdom (London, Swindon, Manchester and Edinburgh).
