Intern (Bachelor)HR with Italian -12 months
We have anopportunity for an Intern HR to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest Romania. In this role you’ll provide HR support and get involvedin various projects that make a real impact to our culture, employees, and businesses. Youwill have the support of an amazing HR team, that will teach, guide and coachyou on HR processes and activities. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities
- On-boardingadministration (including but not limited to contract preparation, trackprogress, induction and all necessary arrangements), making sure that the EEfile is complete and correct.
- Createsand collects signatures for all related documents
- Maintainthe relationship with all employees regarding HR Services administrator, suchas : documents, signatures, status of employees and other internal procedure andinternal regulations.
- Workingclosely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Onboarding,C&B, Government Relations
- Benefitsadministration, Report analysis, Invoicing for benefits, Distribution ofbenefits
- Createsand reviews periodically the job descriptions for direct reports
- Participatesin the recruitment and selection process for hiring staff.
- Setsdevelopment plans (technical & behavioral) for his own reports, ensuressuccession planning.
