Today, Mindray's products and services are serving healthcare facilities in over countries and regions.About you and the role : Are you comfortable in presenting to and negotiating with C-level key stakeholders in the medical device arena? Do you carry experience in selling complex medical device systems to strategic accounts, University Hospital levels and large public and private GPOs? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing business in this new role to work alongside senior stakeholders in supporting our business functions Patient Monitoring Life Support (PMLS), Ultrasound and Imaging Systems (UIS). With your expertise and seniority, you will utilize your existing networks as well as establish new contacts to key stakeholders and decision makers of central national hospital chains, group purchasing organizations as well as large strategic accounts. Together with the Sales and Marketing team, you will develop customized strategies and drive business growth across all business functions. Your responsibilities : Strategic and Operational Management of National Key Accounts : Oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of Romania's key national accounts, encompassing public and private hospital chains, group purchasing organizations, and major university - affiliated hospitals. Stakeholder Engagement and Project Follow up : Engage with key stakeholders and high - level decision - makers to stimulate demand, and effectively take ownership of the projects and to be the first responsible person to follow up, and work together with the Sales and Marketing Team for further execution. Sales Plan Optimization : Uphold and elevate the quality and profitability of the sales plan by formulating operationally viable and cost - efficient programs. Market Intelligence Analysis and Customer Information Collection : Gather and analyze installation information from the responsible accounts and market information, including installation information, decision chain, project time frame, customer’s preference, competitors' activities and customers' evolving requirements, to capitalize on business opportunities to the fullest extent. Long - Term Business Strategy Development : Devise long - term growth strategies that span across various business functions, while factoring in international industry trends. Promotional Activity Coordination : Organize and actively participate in strategic exhibitions, forums, seminars, and other promotional events. Travel Requirement : Expect to travel for more than 50% of the time. What are we looking for in you? Successfully completed bachelor or master's degree in business administration / economics / engineering / business informatics / health economics or comparable field or profound industry experience in a similar role. Several years of experience in capital equipment medical device sales of PMLS or UIS products (e.g. patient monitoring systems, anesthesia machines, ventilators, surgical products, ultrasound, Xray, etc) or comparable experience in strategic business development in the healthcare industry. Excellent analytical skills and strong conceptual and strategic thinking is essential. Exceptional communication skills, particularly at management level, strong presentation and negotiation skills, especially with large customers and multiple stakeholders. Agile and team oriented mindset with a high level of initiative, responsibility and accountability. Affinity to and well versed in digital healthcare issues with an ability to formulate creative solutions. Confident handling of MS Office and proficient experience of digital media and system. Full professional working proficiency in Romanian and very good English language skills are essential. What’s in it for you?
