Junior 1st Line Support

Harrogate - 2 days a week

Up to £22, per year with rise closer to £24k after initial 6 months

Permanent role

What we're looking for :

• A friendly, problem-solving attitude with great communication skills
• Either a relevant IT degree or solid experience in a customer-facing role
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office
• A team player who can handle support tickets and troubleshoot first-line issues
