Your day to day

As a Software Configuration Expert at VOIS, you will be responsible for managing demanding product configurations in the mobile and landline area. You will ensure the life cycle of product configurations, by collaborating on the detailed design and implementation of product configurations, while providing solution consulting for business units and project management and assuring second and third level support for IT operations and various departments.

• Product Configuration :  Handle complex product configurations across multiple systems as technical expert based on solution design documents.
• Detailed Design :  Work on the detailed design of product configurations and provide solution consulting for new initiatives
• Documentation : Create and update configuration reports, change requests, design documentation and knowledge sharing topics
• Ownership :  Take technical E2E responsibility for configurations across all systems.
• Configuration Life Cycle Management :  Ensure the life cycle of product configurations and exchange closely with IT operations on system utilization.
• Parameter Configuration :  Configure control parameters for application control of BSS and OSS systems to ensure trouble-free system operation
• Support :  Provide second and third level support for IT operations and other departments in error or log analysis.
• Testing : Be responsible for integration testing, user acceptance testing and functional user testing
