Could you be the full-time Project IXL Design Leader in Bucharest we’re looking for?

You'll Perform Design Application Activities related to Interlocking for Central and East Europe Projects. Day-to-day, you will lead and organize the design activities of the IXL system of a Signaling project, that can be either a deployment of a generic Alstom solution or an adapted solution ranging from product development to project implementation, fitting the client’s needs in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery. You will follow the activities covered are IXL hardware configuration and data generation till the delivery of a safe and robust solution for the Factory Acceptance test and for the on-site installation and Testing & Commissioning till revenue service.

We’ll look to you for :

• Contribute to the elaboration of (IXL) interlocking sub-system specification & architecture, in collaboration with the interlocking team.
• Follow the design tool chain.
• Realize development of interlocking software modules.
• Prepare and performs the interlocking sub-system module tests and verifications of his deliverables (“Designer” tests), prior to the ones formally realized by a dedicated Verification and Validation team (depending on Safety Integrity Level and associated Product development organization).
• Supports the hardware / software integration, together with the hardware designer.
• Contributes to workload estimations for the deliverables of his scope.
• Applies internal processes and standards.
• Contributes to continuous improvement (return of experience, process improvement).
