As a Marketing Student Assistant at Group Marketing and Branding at FLS, you will support key global marketing activities with a focus on website content, social media, email marketing, brand asset management, and performance reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment, working closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication across channels.
You will be working with the team of marketers with the common goal of ensuring integrated and personalized web, email, and social media customer experiences, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
- Upload and manage website content in alignment with brand guidelines
- Support social media publishing and community monitoring
- Assist in setting up email marketing campaigns (design, content, and distribution)
- Maintain and update digital assets on the FLS Brand Hub
- Contribute to regular marketing performance reports and analysis
- Support other marketing activities related to the campaign planning and execution, as needed by the global team
Education and Experience
Currently studying Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related fieldSome experience working with marketing technologies (e.g., CMS, email tools, social platforms) would be a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe InDesignProficient in English; Spanish is a plusCompetencies
