Responsibilities
- Design and format content, including social media posts, digital ads, brochures, white papers, studies and infographics
- Collaborate with content creators, editors and designers to visualize complex topics
- Ensure all content visuals are on-brand, consistent in style and optimized for each platform
- Assist in developing design templates and design systems
- Support internal and external campaigns with engaging visuals that elevate messaging and performance
- Maintain quality control over visual output and meet project deadlines
- Contribute to evolving the team’s visual approach with fresh design ideas and feedback
Job requirements
Proven experience as a media designer for professional campaigning and communication : B2B, B2C, public sector, commerce environmentTrend affine and strong portfolio demonstrating a range of content-related work (ads, social graphics, white papers, infographics, reports)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, e.g., Illustrator and InDesign, possibly Figma, Sketch or similar productsSolid understanding of typography, layout grids, color and visual hierarchyAbility to translate technical or abstract topics into clean, compelling visualsComfortable working with and evolving within brand guidelinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, a good networkerHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and their stakeholdersFluency in English is required; additional languages are a plusWhat we offer
