The Solution Value Consulting team plays a pivotal role within the Basware Sales organisation. The key knowledge areas are structured around Value Advisory, Technical Advisory, and Solution leadership which are all underpinned by our Operations team.
Value Advisory focuses on the Value frameworks of Basware and works with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to lead, drive, and enable the organisation as well as supporting strategic sales opportunities. Technical Advisory focuses on the interoperability, integration, and compliance of Basware with a customer’s landscape and needs while the Solution Value Consultants work closely with sales to understand the customers’ needs, prioritise, define solutions and articulate value. The Operations team support the wider team from a demonstration engineering and bid management perspective.
Each team has a specific focus but work collaboratively as a global unit, centred around common processes and frameworks to ensure best practices are shared. Learning is central to personal progression and our growth mindset.

Join our team as a Senior Specialist to support the development and maintenance of high-quality bid content to support the needs of our global sales teams. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our bid content strategy, ensuring high-quality, customer-facing information that resonates with our clients.
What would you do?
Bid Management is part of Operations Team within the Solution Value Consulting function. We are a global team, driving Basware to achieve high success rates in competitive bid engagements by providing easy access to high quality, customer-facing information about our organisation and the services and solutions we offer.
As a Senior Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in developing high-quality, persuasive, and technically accurate proposal content for strategic bids and RFxs. You will collaborate closely with bid managers, solution value consultants, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical solutions into clear, customer-focused narratives that address client requirements and differentiate our offerings.
Your role as a Senior Specialist will be to drive applying a coherent Bid Content Strategy throughout the company, with an emphasis on quality, precision, and uniformity. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive content for proposals, RFXs, and other sales collateral. You will have and oversee content that is owned by several areas of the Basware business. Keeping a strong, active network of key contacts within the appropriate areas of our organisation to help with content creation and management of the responses and content will be vital.
The role is suitable for someone who has experience in Bid Management, Bid Writing, Technical Writing, or Knowledge Management. You should be willing to contribute to the success of the Bid Management programme across the company.
