• Experience in SAP S / 4HANA TM Embedded or side-by-side SAP Transportation Management implementations / rollout projects;
• Knowledge of the TMS solution, SAP processes as well functionalities from areas like : Delivery / Order based Transportation Management, Scheduling, Planning and Execution, Subcontracting, Dangerous Goods, Charge Management, TM Master Data, Analytics, BN4L, ASR, Basic versus Advanced TM;
• Experience in configuration and WRICEF design are nice assets. Knowledge in any scenario in SAP TM such as Domestic Outbound, International Inbound, Parcel, Multimodal scenario, Ocean Shipping etc.;
• Understanding of business processes, ability to identify differences between AS-IS processes and TO-BE processes, project and process documentation;
• Ability to support on preparation and facilitation of workshops, perform testing, Cutover, Go-Live and hypercare support;
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads and client;
• Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills – mandatory requirement 😊;
• Flexibility for occasional travel as per project needs.
