Sr Support Engineer with German & English

Responsibilities :

• Act as a Point of Contact for technical advice or support;
• Flexibility providing support on multiple accounts in a shared environment;
• Giving suggestions to optimize service offered and work processes;
• Handle complex incidents on the projects;
• Working closely with specialists in order to ensure the highest quality of the project;
• Work in the Shared Operations Services team in coordination with the Command Center, to activate in crisis situations / special projects;
