Aeris is looking for an experienced  Release Manager  to join our team. As a Release Manager at Aeris, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality of product releases. You will support teams from the beginning of PI (Program Increment) planning, providing mentorship throughout the development lifecycle. You will enforce release gates and oversee the entire release process to ensure releases are robust, risk-mitigated, and successful. This role is crucial in facilitating cross-functional team collaboration to achieve synchronized and cohesive product roll-outs.

Key Responsibilities :

Release Planning & Coordination :

• Support and guide teams during PI planning to organize releases effectively.
• Work with Project managers to Plan, manage, and oversee the release lifecycle, including scheduling, scope, and resource allocation.
• Mentor, guide, and support cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations, and product management) to ensure release readiness.
• Ensure adherence to all release gates starting from scope definition, requirements, development process, and artifact completion.
