In our Technology Solutions Business Line, we provide banks, financial institutions, Telecom and Utilities with Payment solutions such as ATM & Cash Forecasting / Cash Management, EFT / POS Terminals (representing Ingenico), Cards Personalization, Digital Solutions such as Mobile Banking, SCA, Mobile Payments and Branch Transformation solutions such as Self-Service Kiosks, Customer Flow Management, Branch Appointment Booking, People counting, Customer Onboarding, eSignature and paperless branch

In our Customer Acquisition & Customer Experience Outsourcing Business line we offer a range of customer care, lead generation, sales, retention and info campaigns, through our contact center operating in Romania.

In our HR Outsourcing Business Line, we are supporting people intensive projects with the right professionals, helping our customers increase efficiency and speed of response .

Due to its accelerating growth, Mellon Romania seeks to hire a Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research, including competitor analysis.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospects and existing customers to support sales pipeline development.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Prepare and customize sales propositions, including RFP documentation.
  • Make the necessary follow-up on open opportunities
  • Prepare reports and maintain account records.
  • Identify and anticipate customer business goals, proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in and understanding of the industry, particularly in technology-related fields.
  • Ability to conduct research and stay up to date with industry developments.
  • Experience in pre-sale consultative meetings and presentations, preferably in providing solutions and services to banks, telecom, and utility organizations in Romania.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
