TasksTasks
- Provide support for Fit-to-Template analysis as needed
- Configure and enhance the S / 4HANA template to align with organizational structures
- Adapt the S / 4HANA template to meet legal and local requirements according to the rollout plan
- Conduct functional testing of template processes and newly implemented functionalities
- Identify and report deviations from the Global Template to the program board
- Document and communicate gaps or findings from rollout locations to the program board
- Collaborate with other workstreams to ensure process alignment
- Develop solution proposals for process deviations and identified gaps
- Update blueprint deliverables as required
- Maintain documentation of agreed-upon processes
- Perform testing on newly implemented functionalities
- Adjust workshop plans based on outcomes and findings
