EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all raelevant solutions, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards
• Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
• Plan and personalise the customer journey to cloud while maintaining global scalability and consistency
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops / meetings with internal and external clients
• Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
• Support pre-sales activities
• Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
• Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered
• Support line manager(s) in people development tasks and supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
• Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes
