YOU WILL VIBE WITH US

As a Customer Growth Manager you will promote and sell Edenred products and services to the new corporate customers.

He / she will :

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager in the NV area and Regional Strategic Manager.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

You have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales field, in tech or delivery industry / financial / banking / telecommunication services. You are graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, or a similar field. The ability to successfully hunt for sales is an essential skill. Being able to recognize the potential opportunities, effectively communicate your pitch and close the deal are the key elements of a successful sales hunter.

You have demonstrated :

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive products is a plus
  • Ability to work idependently and as a part of a team
  • Proactive Problem - Solving Skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong networking and relationship - building skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skils and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and Sales Force, digital skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Clean driving license, B category
  • Availability to travel minimum 50%
  • Languages required : Romanian & English
